Week 11 Friday Injury Update

The article says the injury list shortens and Mike Spofford is right. The injury list is as short as it has been in a few weeks. Missing S Nick Collins would be a bigger problem if Carolina WR Steve Smith were healthy, but it looks like Smith might miss the game on Sunday. Hopefully T Mark Tauscher makes it back, but backup T Tony Moll has subbed well for Tauscher in the past. Losing LB Tracy White, the leading tackler on special teams last season, doesn't help, but Carolina's special teams aren't setting the world on fire so they can probably do without him for this week. Another week without TE Bubba Franks too, but as long as TE Donald Lee is healthy and productive that shouldn't hurt the team either.

Since this Carolina team looks like an "easy" win, they're going to hold back guys they normally would put on the field so we have more people ready for Detroit.
