Open Thread: Packers at St. Louis

Green Bay Packers at St. Louis Rams
Sunday, December 16th, 2007
Noon CST, FOX
This is an open thread for the game

Inactives from NFL.com

Green Bay Packers

Inactives: QB Aaron Rodgers (3rd QB), WR Shaun Bodiford, CB Jarrett Bush, LB Tracy White, G Allen Barbre, TE Bubba Franks, DT Conrad Bolston, DT Daniel Muir.

Fantasy take: TE Donald Lee will continue to see a prominent role with Lee listed as inactive. CBs Charles Woodson and Al Harris and DE Aaron Kampman are all active, which is great news for the value of the Packers defense.

With Bush out it means CB Will Blackmon will by the 3rd CB. With DT Johnny Jolly out for the season and Muir inactive, DT Justin Harrell should see a lot of playing time.

St. Louis Rams

Inactives: QB Brock Berlin (3rd QB), WR Marques Hagans, WR Brandon Williams, DB Hanik Milligan, C Nick Leckey, T Rob Petitti, T Mark LeVoir, DT Claude Wroten.

Fantasy take: QB Marc Bulger is active and will start against Green Bay. QB Gus Frerotte is also active and moves to second on the depth chart.

The brief QB Brock Berlin era, it lasted for one week during last week's loss at Cincinnati, appears over with the return of Bulger and Frerotte.

I can't watch the game
But I'm tracking it.  Good start with a nice return and a quick strike for a TD!

Was gone for most of the game
But glad to see a win, regardless of a few stumbles.  Go Pack!

with the Dallas loss
The Pack still has a shot at that #1 seed. Dallas will most likely beat Carolina next week, but they have a tough division game with Washington in the final week of the season, a team that might still be fighting for a playoff spot. It would be a huge difference if the Dallas Green Bay rematch would be played in Lambeau.
