Here's the breakdown
The Bears and the Lions have been eliminated from the playoffs(as much as this hurts to say)thanks to the Vikings. They have nothing to play for. Pride only goes so far.
The Bears offense looked beyond pathetic tonight. The Packers won't have an easy time with them but I think they'll pull away in the end.
Detroit on the other hand will be playing their hearts out... no just kidding, they quit a month ago. Their players will be booking flights out of Green Bay to start the off-season early.
The Pack has something to play for 'til the end. They can't afford to take one series off in the next two games. It's too important to have home field in Lambeau. God Bless Green Bay in January!
Dallas on the other hand has two teams playing for a playoff berths. Washington and Carolina are still both alive. They both have to win out to have any shot at all. Dallas, however, does have a bye week, an injured qb, and a starting saftey with a one game suspension. Good reasons not to push to the end.
Washington has to play at Minnesota before they get Dallas. If Minnesota plays half as poorly as they did tonight, Washington has the offense to make them pay, unlike Chicago. They will be playing with purpose. I've just become a huge Redskins fan.
Carolina has Dallas next, then Tampa. Ouch. Maybe they can steal one from them like they did to Seattle. Wouldn't that be something. Beating 3 Division champs in the last 3 games of the season. I'm not expecting it, but I'm hoping.
Is home field advantage the Packers to lose?

Dallas Has The Advantage
The last two games look very winnable, Chicago's offense was horrible with Orton but they have a chance if Griese plays. Griese's not good but he's mixed a bunch of bad games with some good games, so they have a chance if good Griese makes an appearance and the Kyle Orton Experience is over. Minnesota beat Chicago badly on Monday and they only kept the game close because of turnovers, but Chicago already beat the Packers once and they could do it again if Griese plays and they can force turnovers. Pride of Detroit, the SB Nation Lions blog, wrote Detroit off when they lost at Minnesota, and that was before their near upset of Dallas. Detroit never seems to play well at Lambeau and that would be a shocking upset.
Assuming Tony Romo's hand/finger injury isn't serious, Dallas has two winnable games remaining. Carolina is an easy Dallas win. Forget their upset of Seattle, the wind made it tough for Hasselbeck to throw and Seattle's running game is awful. Carolina can't rush the passer and Marion Barber can run. The Washington game is the tough one. Dallas has lost their last two games at Washington and Washington might be playing for a playoff spot. Washington can pressure Romo, but the injuries are piling up. Still they've managed to win two games despite playing Todd Collins at QB.
