My thanks to everyone who went to Fan Fest and booed when the subject of trading for WR Randy Moss was brought up. GM Ted Thompson heard you, but it is yet to be seen if he was actually listening.

I'll post more later. Just wanted to sign in. I'm still trying to digest Mike Sherman's Cheney-like takeover of the Texans. Ahmen Green is the first recipient. His takeover is inevitable and promises to be very bloody.

As for Moss, I wonder how much juice there is to these rumors. I think I could get on board if they moved Rogers for him, but that's about it and even then it's borderline heretical to see him donning a Packer uni. It'd be like Gary Sheffield coming back to the Brewers.

I look forawrd to talking some football in the off-season, especially leading up to the draft.

The Texans do seem to acquire a bunch of Sherman's guys from the Packers. Mike Flanagan, Vonta Leach, Samkon Gado, and now Ahman Green. None of them are going to help/or have helped much either. At the rate Sherman and Kubiak are going, they aren't going to survive in Houston past the 2008 season with that team.

how bad the Texans have been, it may not take much to survive a few seasons. Mediocrity would be a step up.

Ted Thompson wasn't listening. This is one of those situation that you sign a player for his skills and hopefully the stuff that we don't like about him will slowly disappear. Whomever he signs with, as long as he keeps his fake drawers on, I'll ignore him just like I ignore T.O.
