SB Nation Small Market Roundtable - Revenue Sharing

Earlier this week, Buffalo Rumblings posted the latest installment of the SB Nation small market roundtable. This week the discussion focused on revenue sharing.

I agree with everything Brian G wrote in the above linked revenue sharing article. Obviously continued revenue sharing is very important to the Packers, but as his article mentions, that has been addressed in the short term over the next three years, and small market teams will have to keep watch over revenue sharing going forward to make sure it never becomes a problem.

Luckily the fortunes of the Packers in a league without revenue sharing is only a hypothetical question, but it might look something like the Champions League in Europe where the financial disparity can be striking between the top and bottom teams.
