Tom Silverstein's report on the safety position focused on the play of S Atari Bigby, but the good news is that all the safeties are playing well so far. Maybe S Marquand Manuel never really got over his injury suffered in the Super Bowl and is now healthy after struggling during 2006. Unfortunately none of them have looked too impressive so far and hopefully one of them can really step up during the preseason.
