Deanna Favre Interviewed by ESPN

Maybe ESPN backed off on the Matt Millen called Brett Favre thing because they didn't want to screw up their exclusive interview with Deanna Favre

I've come to the conclusion that I don't care. From the impression I've gotten from most of the comments on this site over the last few months, I think most Packer fans have moved on to life without Brett. We all thank him for all he's done, we hope he makes the playoffs and continues to have a great career (especially since if he does start 16 games and the Jets make the playoffs, then the Packers get an even better draft choice as compensation), and we've all moved on. I hesitate to discuss anything involving him because I've moved on.

Good write up..

but i’m with the majority here i believe.. I’ve moved on completely.. He was a great Packer, greatest i ever saw and i’ll never forget that. But that being said he is a Jet now and i wish him all the look and I hope that somewhere down the road he can be part of the packers in some capacity once he retires. Until then its whatever.

I wish I were in the majority

but, unfortunately, I happen to take things too seriously.

I do hope he makes the playoffs, that draft pick will help make me feel better.

I think it helps that

-Aaron Rodgers is doing a great job so far.
-Brett Favre hasn’t been so hot, but still winning ball games

I think I echo a lot of people when I say I will alway love Brett Favre. He single handedly made being a Packers fan in Chicago a million times easier. He will always be my favorite player of all time, I will probably always wear his familiar #4 to games and I’m glad I got to see him several times in person before he left the Packers. The keyword there is left. He’s not coming back. As Packers fans we have to move on because he has moved on as well…sort of.
