As Mike Florio points out, it's for steriods and related substances. As far as I've read, players are testing positive for the related substances and not for the steriods. And the good news is that it doesn't appear to involve anybody on the Packers. But all the names haven't been released, and since most (all?) of these players are appealing it and the attorney representing the New Orleans Saints players who have had their names released is pissed off about that breach of confidentiality, there appears to be many more unmentioned players still on the verge of four game suspension. Hopefully the Packers continue to be uneffected by this problem.
