for bringing this to our attention. Interesting read. I TOTALLY agree with him on New Orleans being the key game…the Pack MUST build on their victory against Chicago and start that momentum. No more of this hot and cold business….consistency baby

Great article by Seifert but one contradiction
Although beating New Orleans might factor into the tiebreaker, I don’t think it would indicate a “permanent turn north”. As Seifert mentions, the pass defense is a big strength and the Saints only strength is their pass offense, so the Saints matchup very badly against the Packers.
He says Ryan Grant is a key player. The Packers don’t need Grant to win, they won without any major contributions from him earlier in the year. But he’s come back big the last three weeks, all three were good games (the Chicago game was great) against very very good run defenses. He might be able to carry the team the rest of the way.
