Tampering With Brett Favre
GM Ted Thompson has to blame someone for his problems with QB Brett Favre, and apparently he's going after the Minnesota Vikings. It just feels like a petty move by Thompson, but both teams are keeping quiet so it's just wait and see what comes from the NFL's investigation.
Whenever Greta Van Susteren mentioned the possibility of him playing for the Vikings during his FOX news interview, he looked uncomfortable and avoided answering the question. I guess that body language/evasion could be interpreted either way, he'd already talked with the Vikings or no way in hell would he play for them.

Minneapolis
Hell will freeze over before the Packers or THompson will allow Favre to play for the Minneapolis Viqueens!!! And rightfully so!!!
I can’t believe ANY packer fan would EVER say they want to see him play for them!!!

Brandon, it’s time for a reality check.
I can be as much of a fanboy as anyone, but this is starting to stink like the Bear’s offense. The news reports I’ve heard cite specific contacts in the Viking’s office, refer to phone records, etc., etc. This is not only the Vikings tampering, but Brett knowingly breaking the rules for his own purposes. It’s less about Minnesota answering the phone, as it is about the phone ringing in the first place.
Favre was satisfied with the accommodations that the team has made for him for the past 4 years, and has grown to expect that TT & MM would do whatever he wanted. Now that he has finally found the limit of their patience, he is throwing a fit to try and get his way again.
To paint it as Thompson’s fault is to be naive and completely blind to the facts. You are letting your fanaticism run away with you.

Call it hypocritical
but theres 31 teams in this league where I can see him going and I wouldn’t care and wish him well. If he joins the Packers, I have a Favre jersey in my closet that still has its tags on and I will return that and I will boo Brett Favre. I’ll admit it, huge mancrush on Favre. He’s starting to piss me off. He’s almost making me like TT enough to take TT’s side. Yikes…that’s just dirty.
