What's that, Julius? You want to play somewhere else? I might be able to make a suggestion or two.

Although, his signing would likely force Cullen Jenkins back inside, which means that he'd have to bulk back up to DT size. But, hey, sacrifices must be made.

Getting him

….would be the closest thing to the REggie White signing as we have had (even better than the Cwoodson signing..) Imagine the trickle down…no more double teams on Cullen Jenkins, Kampman will be liberated, our interior lineman will be better…our secondary will have even more interception opportunities as QBs are pressured…

I’m salivating already…do it TT, do it do it do it

Lets save our money for Haynesworth

Haynesworth is alot more consistent and a bigger game changer. Consistently splits double teams, sometimes takes up three blockers, and plays in the backfield all game long.

Besides, Julius is gonna be franchised and likely traded if he keeps up this schtick. He’ll be playing in the AFC.

Maybe in order to understand mankind, we have to look at the word itself: "Mankind". Basically, it's made up of two separate words—"mank" and "ind". What do these words mean? It's a mystery, and that's why so is mankind.

I'm certainly fine with either of those two

Just anyone that could improve that line really. ANYONE.

Posturing

It would be a fantastic signing, but I think he’s just posturing for a big contract from Carolina. His stated reason for leaving; he wants to play in a 3-4 defense. A star pass rushing defensive end wants to move from a 4-3 scheme where he is the star, to a 3-4 defense where the linebackers (think LB Shawne Merriman, LB James Harrison) are the star? Please.

Jaxon agrees, it could all be contract posturing:

Of course it could all be contract posturing on Peppers part, making sure the Panthers know they will have to let go of serious coin for him.

They are certain to place the franchise tag on him anyway.

JP

But what players of value is their to give up to get him to GB. Would it be a 1st round pick or a player like AJ Hawk or Nick Barnett?

nope...

we wouldnt have to give anyone up unless it was salary cap issues but i believe we have been well below our salary cap. we would have to give up i think its 2 first round picks for him though. i could be wrong but i believe that is how it works with the franchised tag players
