The Browns Lose LB D'Qwell Jackson
As if the Cleveland Browns didn't have enough problems, what with the refs already out to get them, they lost one of their best defensive players for the season. LB D'Qwell Jackson suffered a season ending shoulder injury in their loss last Sunday. From Dawgs By Nature:
With Jackson being the team's defensive captain and Mangini's highest-coveted played on defense, the loss is a big blow to the defense...
Eric Barton now takes on a bigger role, as it would seem to make sense for him to take over some of Jackson's responsibilities. Jackson already had 57 tackles this season.

While I'm obviously enthused to see the
Browns second best defensive player out for sunday’s game, that really is a shame. I route for all Terps to succeed in the NFL and during his entire NFL career, he has just been a tackling machine.
Maybe in order to understand mankind, we have to look at the word itself: "Mankind". Basically, it's made up of two separate words—"mank" and "ind". What do these words mean? It's a mystery, and that's why so is mankind.

Not looking good...
The Browns list an astonishing 23 players on thier injury list this week, accoring to Tom Pelissero.
I just hope we can get through this game without suffering any major injuries, and without catching the flu from the Browns! Take your Emergen-C boys, you’re gonna need it.

Trade Deadline
Has the trade deadline passed ?
Would it make sense to at least explore a trade involving AJ Hawk for Joe Thomas?
Hawk back in Ohio and Thomas in Wisconsin just seems to make too much sense?
Cleveland is in dire need of linebacking with Jackson out and I’m pretty sure Thomas would help the Pack.
