Site to track sacks...and where they come from...check it out!

I ran into this today and thought it was one of the cooler things I had seen. It allows you select the games you want to see and then it shows exactly where the sacks have come in. Its VERY clear that there is a major issue at LT this year but seeing how the things have been fixed since then is encouraging.

Here are a few (less obvious) interesting things I pulled from it:

  • Only 5 sacks all season have come from positions that are off the defensive line...FIVE (Bears accounted for 3 of those 5)
  • We are now on pace for 58 sacks allowed...well below the league record pace we were at earlier
  • League record for sacks allowed was the 86 Eagles...104 on the year (WOW)

Anyone else think this is pretty cool? What stood out to you?
