WTF is McFatty doing

Long passes are the exact OPPOSITE of what you do against heavy blitz…run the ball, screens, something. Is he trying to get Rogers killed? MORON.

by gangstaff on Dec 20, 2009 3:27 PM CST reply actions

Playing the Steelers isn't THAT hard

They blitz on damn near every down, especially since they don’t know us too well and all they know about Green Bay is “LOL OLINE SUX” so Rodgers just needs to read where the blitz is coming from and throw there, or we need McCarthy to call short passes and screens to pick up the YAC.

by rudi on Dec 20, 2009 4:31 PM CST up reply actions

Yep

It’s definitely misleading. The Packers D is good, huge improvement from last year but I don’t feel like it’s as high a ranking as they give it. We give up a lot of redzone touchdowns and rank only 8th in the league in points allowed (tied with Minnesota). That’s more accurate, in my opinion.

Yards don’t win you football games, points do.

They struggle in the Red Zone

they tend to give up way too many TD’s.

That was a good play call

Clay blitzed, and they threw right into the spot Matthews vacated

I'll take that action

I’m going dropped pass

Defense needs to tighten up

They have had some good plays, but the Steelers are on pace for almost 500 yards and 42 points.

Your defense gets a big assist

"We're used to Favre-a-palooza now. We're engulfed in Favre-a-palooza. It's not even Favre-a-palooza anymore. He's family now."

The NFL is a joke...

What’s the point of having reviews if you have crooked, incompetent or cowardly referees who can’t or won’t make the call correctly?? Wallaces left foot wasn’t on the ground until he landed out of bounds. Roethlesburger fumbled.
And how many times does the Steeler offensive line get away with holding our pass rushers with no call??

Note to ViQueen fan…no one on this site cares.

So, here's some advice I wish I woulda got when I was your age: Live every week like it's Shark Week.

Pack - Steelers

Why wasn’t there a 10 second runoff when Pitt’s tackle PItts had a false start? There was :43 seconds left and they just administered the penalty without a runoff. Is that the correct call?
