The 3-4 will create some advantages for the Packers. They haven't been very good up front in the 4-3 lately because of injuries to linemen such as Justin Harrell. This should help minimize how much they count on him. Also, no other NFC North team runs the 3-4, and that should help create an advantage for Green Bay.

No other NFC North team runs the 3-4
I read that comment and I wasn’t sure that was a big deal. Can’t they all watch film, learn tendencies, and adjust? Plus running a 3-4 does not equal great defense. Just ask Cleveland or San Diego; two of the worst defenses in the league last season.
San Diego got to the 2nd round of the playoffs with that defense, and managed to beat MVP QB Peyton Manning in the 1st playoff game. But that Chargers team only got to the playoffs because QB Phillip Rivers was outstanding last season and every other team in the AFC West was awful.
I think he means
those teams don’t practice every day against a 3-4 defense, and if you don’t have the proper personnel, it’s hard to simulate. Only three teams in the NFC run a 3-4, and the Cardinal’s probably give as many 4-3 looks as they do 3-4.
Speaking of, we could be trying to sign Karlos Dansby to be our ’backer opposite Aaron Kampman. He is a free agent, yes?
Maybe in order to understand mankind, we have to look at the word itself: "Mankind". Basically, it's made up of two separate words—"mank" and "ind". What do these words mean? It's a mystery, and that's why so is mankind.

Dansby
He will cost money to sign…and we know TT doesn’t sign free agents unless they are available for a good deal…
