The Packers Upcoming Practice Schedule

May 1-3: Rookie orientation.
May 26-29: Organized team activities.
June 2-4: Organized team activities.
June 9-11: Organized team activities.
June 16-18: Organized team activities.
June 23-25: Mandatory mini-camp.

There will be a lot happening between the draft and May 1st. The Packers will sign a bunch of undrafted free agents, and ask several players to tryout for a contract offer during the rookie orientation. Then they'll get their first extended look at all these players they've been scouting for months (maybe years).

And hopefully AP will snap a lot of pictures during the practices that I can use over the month of May.
