Favre has reportedly sent X-rays of his right shoulder to the Vikings specialists to analyze.  If Favre does require major surgery, he will stay retired.  If he does not required major surgery, Favre has reportedly expressed interest in returning to the NFL, specifically the Minnesota Vikings.

Bus Cook niether confirmed or denied the report that Favre sent his xrays to Minnesota, explaing that he had nothing to do with the xrays.
