It really burns
That Mike Florio actually got something right when said the Vikings had already ordered No. 4 Favre jerseys.

Favre is a douchebag
I used to love the guy. I did. I grew up with him, I saw him rise and fall. I remember the game when his center got cut blocked by the cowboys in the dome and he couldn’t throw for crap.
Retiring, unretiring, and now going to the VIKINGS? Fine he wants to play, and some team is willing to take a chance on hiring him even though he is extremely past his prime and it more a draw for the fans than for what he was capable of (goto a BB King concert same thing).
This cover makes my stomach heave and in all the silly crap that this sport can pull this is one of those things that Should Not Be. Like marino going to play for the Jets or Montana going to the Raiders.
I’ve never been a fan of wishing to see a player injured, well I hope favre gets sacked into oblivion this year by the Packers D-Line. I’ll be watching that game and rooting for them like never before. My number 4 practice jersey now goes into the closet never to be seen for again.

No good can come from this. Really.
Bad Karma; he joins the Vikes to stick it to the Pack – motives are pretty crappy here. I hope you guys beat the stuffing out of both him and the Vikes – it would totally serve this selfish puke right.
And to think, I really used to like him. Way to spoil you legacy there, Brent. heh heh heh.
"I throw, you catch. It's NOT that hard!"

"Move on," people!
Everyone else has.
The man is a professional, no longer under contract to Packers, and the Packers do not want his services anyway. You can’t have your cake and eat it too. If the Packers didn’t want him, but someone else does, it’s perfectly valid for him to work for them.
Please, name me one other player in the NFL who you would expect to REFUSE to take a job with any team but one — even after that one team tells him “we’ve moved on.”
