Help me out here!
So due to living in MN I didn't get to see our game. I actually found an online stream at the beginning of the 2nd half, and then it was taken down :( just 3 plays later haha. So I'm curious..Did the offense look better and more in sync? The numbers we put up would indicate that we did but a lot of those plays came from deep shots by Rodgers. Also how did the line look? I know Barbe gave up 2 sacks to Little early but from what I've heard he looked much better after that. Did Colledge look better this?
On defense I don't really know where to begin. I'm probably most interested in Raji and how he played. I'm not so much concerned with his stats, but rather how consistent he got penertation (if he did). So if anybody payed partiuclar attention to that let me know. Also, from what the other guys were saying in our game thread our ILBs looked terrible. It sounds like the dline did a pretty good job up front holding their own but the ILBs weren't able to come up and make stops. Is that how it was or no? I
was disheartened to see that the Rams scored two TDs on us in the 1st half but the defense did only give them 3 points in the 2nd. Did it look like we actually made adjustments for once at half? What were the reasons we were more successful in the 2nd half then the first? And then last two things I'm curious about are how Bishop and Martin (I think that's his name. The new starting SS) looked? I know the guys I were listening to on a Packers radio broadcast were impressed with Bishop. They didn't really say much about Martin but for secondary guys that's generally a good thing.
Just some questions I had. Basically I guess I just want kind of a summary as you can only get so much just looking at stats and listening to the game on the radio.

Fox sucks,
In the Rockford, IL area I was forced to watch a long drive golf tournament! Are you kidding Me!!
Green and Gold / Black, and White
Seriously?
That sucks. Ya it sucks because fox is the network the Vikes play on, and obviously anytime their on they show their game.

The offense was clicking.

Obviously by the score you could tell the Packers did alright. But yea Rodgers looked like he was handling the gmae very well. Some big plays from Driver (1 hander) definitly helped out as well.
Dude, around here (Iowa) they play the damned bears games no matter what... talk about f-ing painful. fucking bears!!
Green Bay or the Windy City..... There but for the Grace of God go I.
Where are you in MN?
There are plenty of Packer friendly bars in the Twin Cities due to the pathetic and anemic nature of their local professional football franchise.
3-0 Baby! (that’s what I hear all week)
Did anyone tell them that they played, probably, the two worst teams in the NFL, than they played a team without thier team carrying star… It would be like the Viking without AP… but somehow they don’t get that…?
I hate Vikings fans. Just hate them….
In Burnsville
I have went to a bar right off 35w and burnsville parkway a few times but it’s filled with Vikes fans, and I can’t stand the cheering everytime AP has a good run.

Check out packersbars.com
There are a lot of bars listed as Packers bars in the Cities. I’d call first to make sure that they’re still around and they still get a good Packer crowd on game day, but a bit of a drive beats enduring Viking fans just to watch on a 13" screen in the corner.
"Who ever heard of the Cubs losing a game they had to have?" -Frank Chance
"If [Ruth] had [called his shot], I would have knocked him down with the next pitch." -Charlie Root
Exactly
And if you do tell them that they played two of the bottom 5 teams in the NFL, then they say, “Well it was on the road…”.
Had the 49ers had Gore it could have been a different game. Also if they didn’t decide to give the old man all day to throw on that last drive the game would have probably turned out differently. Oh well, guess we’ll just have to beat them next Monday :).

Not trying to be an a$$,
butt ( I ), while we beat two of the worst teams in the league ya’ll lost to one of them. May the best team win!!!!
Ah ah ah
Not so fast. The Bengals have shown their a much better team then people thought they were going to be. They beat the Steelers. And really should have beat the Broncos if it weren’t for that lucky play.

Ugh
I almost puked reading your line about Packer friendly bars in the Twin Cities. There are Packer bars here because lots and lots of Wisconsin folk move to our state and city. We have a helluva lot more to offer than Wisconsin plain and simple. The proof is in the puddin. Typical Wisconsin mentality though.
Shame on you!!!
We have more beer in Wisconsin.

Hey, I live in Wisconsin
It is a pleasant place to live, and there obviously is no bias, because I am a Viking fan
lol
Agreed
The Packer fans infest our state for the jobs, not for free cable at the local bars. I sometimes loathe the economic climate that forces bar owners to cater to these refugees. Imagine, Pack fans, if purple tainted your streets during Sunday afternoons.
Just wanted to wish you guys luck..
It’s going to be a good game but I believe the Pack will pull it off..
