Thanks for posting that. Interesting read. I still wish we’d gotten Lynch but there’s no point in complaining about it now. I’m not sure if you read the comments below the article but one of the guys made a good point about how Thompson may be a bit more restrained in the things he can go out and do.

I like the building from within (I would like to see a comparison with the Pittsburgh Steelers, since they also do few trades and the Colts as well).
But the Packers record since Ted Thompson won George Young executive of the year in 2007, 19-18.
Some might blame McCarthy, injuries or what not, but that’s the record…we have been mired in mediocrity the last three years, if you put them together.
I thought it was pretty cool read too.
Maybe I should have written a fanshot, I just didn’t have the time so I put it down here. No one reads these things though…
