Sunday Afternoon Open Thread

There are only three afternoon games, but they're all good ones. The Giants are heavy favorites in Seattle, but the Seahawks play so much better at home (and I don't think going from QB Matt Hasselbeck to QB Charlie Whitehurst is a big loss). It's the first meaningful Chiefs/Raiders game since 1993, when QB Joe Montana was the Chiefs QB. But the Colts at Eagles is probably the best of the bunch.

That ability to throw accurately on the run. He was always only average at it, but now that ability has deserted him. When he’s got 6 yards of open field ahead of him, he’s better off bringing it down now.

In my league, we get to pick up one FA each week and don't have to drop anybody.

I only pick guys up specifically as bye week fill-ins when there is nobody available who will improve my starting lineup for the entire season.
Not sure how that strategy would work out if we had roster limits, and had to drop players, though.

Reid challenges

But does it stupidly – challenging the lack of a TD instead of the spot. He’d have won the latter.
