Sunday Morning Bloody Mary: Packers at Lions
Most of the injured Green Bay Packers are on the defensive side of the ball. The pass rush will struggle, but the Lions are dealing with their own injuries. QB Drew Stanton might be throwing on a lot of three step drops anyway. The complete injury report from Packers.com.
OUT: FB Korey Hall, DE Cullen Jenkins, CB Pat Lee. QUESTIONABLE: S Atari Bigby, S Anthony Smith. PROBABLE: LT Chad Clifton, S Nick Collins, WR Donald Driver, LB Clay Matthews, WR Jordy Nelson, DE Ryan Pickett, WR Brett Swain, CB Charles Woodson.
There isn't anyone who can replace Jenkins, as DE C.J. Wilson and DE Jarius Wynn will do the best they can. The Packers seem to do fine most weeks without Hall and Lee. I don't expect Smith will play, but I've been expecting Bigby will play on special teams and thought he'd be listed as probable. All the players listed as probable will play, but it wasn't clear earlier in the week whether Clifton or Woodson would play. Based on Mike McCarthy's latest press conference, I expect they'll both play. With the absence of Jenkins, and the ongoing shin injury that's holding Matthews back, the pass rush will be muted on Sunday.
The Lions top two quarterbacks are out, but they did fine with Stanton last week. Otherwise everyone else should play, except starting RT Gosder Cherilus. Matthews injured shin might be offset by facing the Lions backup right tackle.

I know he played well last week against the Bears
But I can’t imagine Stanton playing well enough for the Lions to win. I expect it to be similar to last weeks game with the Packers starting slow and then pulling ahead near the half. I think they win by two scores and Rodgers/Jennings both have another great game.
Stanton
The Packers and Bears also play different styles, though either can be successful, it’ll be interesting to see if Stanton plays different. And if he has any success. I think he can because he’ll be playing just like Hill did a couple months ago, and the key for him will be to convert on 3rd down and avoid turnovers since he’s unlikely to challenge the Packers deep.
