Packers Game Ball Of The Week: Matt Flynn

Boo-yah! Winning the NCAA championship at LSU Acme Packing Company game ball of the week is the highlight of my career.

In the post-game poll, QB Matt Flynn won with over half the vote. No run off election needed. The three touchdown passes were pretty, but the other stats (less than 7 yards per attempt, two turnovers including a pick-six, five sacks) were kind of ugly. I was expecting the unexpected this week. Maybe a surprise victory by FB John Kuhn, or what might have been a breakout game for NT B.J. Raji. But it was a very impressive first career NFL start for Flynn, and I should have expected it.

We agree!!! Raji should have been MVP of this game! He dominated… Flynn was terrific too, but QB’s always get the credit, so I try to vote for others when they have dominant games!
