Hey Packers -- spend some money!
I haven't looked at what free agents are available, but there must be some linemen. Why are we under the cap by over $10 million every year? Get some players. Of course then the genius will make them an undisciplined, most penalized team in the league mob. By the way, didn't ol' Ted have a chance at Payton before he went to NO? Getting rid of #4 is the only thing he has done right.

Yay!
Another Ted Thompson hater, you do realize that that money is already going to be spent on young guys like nick collins and tramon williams and such right? And that the reasoning for not spending that money was to pay our young core?

There aren't any Free Agent Offensive Linemen that stand out in Free Agency
There’s really not a lot out there. Some possibilities would be Julius Peppers, Shawne Merriman, or a trade for Joey Porter. Otherwise, there are some other WR’s. Green Bay’s best option this offseason is to focus on the draft, maybe make a trade for a solid CB.

Wow…thanks for that thought provoking, angry, venting fan post.

ooh look Trevor to the R…a complete lack of ability to write anything relevant.

I hope TT spends some money or makes a move for a big name guy but we have quite a few guys we have to re-sign unless we want to add some more glaring holes to our team.

Yeah because the Packers are just SO lacking in talent.

Seems like there should be a waiting period before
you can write your first Fanshot/post.
Take some time and go through the archives, you’ll probably find multiple threads on almost any topic. These usually contain great explanations and arguments on both sides. Another drive-by anti TT post with no new thoughts or ideas really does little for any positive discussion.
Anyway, I’m really looking forward to the draft! Good discussion so far on this board.
Some people say the glass is half empty, some say half full. I say, are you going to drink that?

The answer to your question is
Because Ted Thompson is a cheap ass. You should know this being a packers fan. The guy just doesn’t like to spend money. And even when he can get a cheap player, he’s too dumb to take advantage. aka…randy moss.

ooh look dsludo found someone who shares something in common…a complete lack of ability to write anything relevant.

lol you're a tool
Explain to me how what I wrote wasn’t relevant to the thread post. It’s the other obnoxious comments attacking the OP that are not relevant and blatantly rude.

buddy. Look if you want to come in here, have something to share besides trying to rip on a team you know NOTHING about. We all laugh at your lack of ability to have anything of substance to contribute, yet you keep coming in here to get laughed at. Are you a masochist?
By the way, I think my post went a little over your head….which makes it even funnier!!!

Exactly. At least when we go over to DN we provide a bit more then “Haha Favre choked in your playoff game.” If he wanted to come over here to talk football, or learn more about the Packers (which he obviously has very knowledge of) then it would be one thing but seeing as how all he does is come here and rip our team it just doesn’t make sense to me.
Your a troll delusional! But on a side note, why do you come over here?

You know what surprises me...
is that there are some people at DN that think you’re actually an open minded packers fan. This is obviously not true. Yeah you don’t go there and “rip” the team on a consistant basis. But thats because you’re fake. You say one thing out of one side of your mouth over here, and you talk out of the other side of your mouth over there. You’re an undercover troll at the DN. When you Verno and Trevor to the R all came there after we lost to the Saints it wasn’t a coincidence. Yeah you have been there all year, but no where like the magnitude that you were there after we lost. You and your buddies had a hand in flaming up the site there for a while, which I’m sure you enjoyed doing. Hey its all good, we schooled you twice this year. But you just have to take people like you and trevor, and others that act like their shit don’t stink, with a grain of salt.

What kinds of things do I say out of the side of my mouth? All the Favre debates I’ve had on APC and DN are exactly the same, and that goes for any other subject.
What do you mean the magnitude wasn’t the same? Look at my responses over at DN. I’ve only made 800 or so less comments over on DN then I have on APC. I have visited that site pretty consistently since last summer (when I joined the SB Nation blogs.) I didn’t go over there and make any “trollish” comments after the loss to the Saints. I engaged in some conversations about the refs and Favre’s INT but I don’t think that is “trollish” or much different then some of the Vikes fans coming over here after our playoff loss talking about the refs, our defense, and Rodger’s fumble.
I am open minded and don’t look at the Packers like their God’s gift to the world. I can recognize the Vikings are good, as well as many other teams in the league. I like DN, and a lot of the writers over there and some of the people who regulary contribute. It’s nice to engage in football conversations with Vikings fans who don’t feel they have the greatest team to ever walk the Earth, like many of my Vikings friends are. A lot of the guys over there are really knowledgable about football, and more so love football. I don’t have a lot of friends who have either of those qualities. I personally can’t get enough football, and it’s great to be able to go over there and talk about our two teams.
But you still didn’t answer my question. Why do you post here? Probably literally every comment you have ever made hear has been a rip on the Packers. Do you simply come here just to get a reaction out of us? If so, I can’t say it doesn’t work but at the same time I just don’t get it.

As soon as you come here and can talk rationally posts like this will stick. Honestly dude. I am THRILLED when some of your Viking buddies come here to talk. Makes things interesting. They share a different perspective. Sure I don’t like everything they say all the time but they bring interesting relevent discussion. YOu bring nothing. All you do is pop in spout off a bunch of crap that has no backing. You are the definition of troll…I’ve actually looked it up:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Troll_%28Internet%29
When we come out to DN, we share in conversation. AT times we say things people don’t agree with but that is going to happen just like it does with the regulars there. But I will always back up what I say with some kind of proof. You NEVER do that…even when we challenge you to, you just turn into attack mode. Get over yourself man.

By the way, I’d love to see you actually back up anything you say in here with some proof. We are fake? We say one thing here and another thing there? haha most of what you say is laughable both here AND there. That is why no one likes you in either place! haha
bu bye.

I think that TT should release Chillar and Poppinga. Don’t forget that we also have Brad Jones the other rookie Lb. He did a hell of a job on the other side from Matthews.

Why Chillar? He’s probably better then Hawk and will probably be the starter going into next year.
