Spencer Havner Crashes His Motorcycle

Via JS Online.com, TE Spencer Havner's agent said in a statement:

"Spencer suffered only minor injuries this weekend in an accident, including a broken scapula, but he should be fully recovered in short order."

The article said the accident happened Saturday morning at 2:45 a.m. on a remote cul-de-sac in California. There is a report that he was sited for a DUI, but Greg Bedard tweeted that this might not be the case.

As far as the injury is concerned, Havner's agent is correct. He should be "fully recovered in short order." It usually takes 6 to 8 weeks for the shoulder blade to heal. He should be fine by the time OTAs begin on May 17

From a motorcycle accident...

…you bet. Anyone who crashes their bike and doesn’t get a trip on flight-for-life has received minor injuries.

@ Crab:

LMAO ~ Bike’s are no joke though… I had an elderly couple pull a U Turn on me Sunday… and I just about bought the farm… Good thing my Electra Glide has Anti-Lock Brakes or I might have been on one of those LIFE FLIGHTS! Besides that… It was an EXCELLENT Ride!! 78 degrees and not a cloud in the sky! : )

warning!!!!!

birddog, i was on my moped the other day and i was following a couple knuckles on the steering wheel and a patch of “blue” hair. i immediately put 2 and 2 together and got off the road as soon as possible.

the elderly are dangerous drivers, slow reaction time, eyesight and hearing getting worse and strength is fading..hmmmmmmmm somebody check the ages of colledge and barbre please!!!!!!!

'Cite' not 'site'

We’re talking citations, not web pages.

Havner — what an idiot. What more can you say?
