Print- Matt Bowen at National Football Post has written an article about the evolution of the tight end position, and how it now requires that every team have a great athlete at the position. One of his examples of these modern athletes is Green Bay Packers TE Jermichael Finley.
- From the Press-Gazette is news that the case against CB Brandon Underwood is still ongoing, but it's not over.
- Lions president Tom Lewand pleaded guilty to driving while impaired in a plea deal. The sentence is for six months probation and a fine, but it's unclear what punitive action the NFL will take against him.
