PrintHere's the link to NFL.com with the video of LB Nick Barnett's interview during which he predicts the Green Bay Packers will be playing in Super Bowl XLV. Whether it's a bold prediction or not, it's good to see he's got his eyes set on the goal this season.

Just shut up, Barnett! Stuff like this before a 2010 NFL game has been played is nothing but cheap talk. First do it, THEN talk about it, not the other way around!

He’s only saying what everyone else is (Hopefully) thinking. And besides he didn’t seem all that cocky in his statement, just confident.
I didn't think it was even really a prediction
Mostly just plainly stating that his goal is the Super Bowl this year. I believe his exact words were “Super Bowl or death.” Now that might be extreme in phrasing, but other than that isn’t this a similar thought to most locker rooms this year?
The most significant of Barnett's words were,
“Every year I think we’re going to the Super Bowl.”
Much ado about damned little, IMO.

EVERY team in the NFL,
Should start the season with winning the Super as there ultimate goal. This seams like just another quote blown out of context.
