Saturday Injury Report: Packers at Bears

The Green Bay Packers injury list is long, but they always feel like scaring us by listing LB Clay Matthews and CB Charles Woodson, and they always play. The only two players out should be DE Mike Neal and S Charlie Peprah. Neal's missed the first two games this season with a rib injury, and Peprah could be missed on special teams.

For the Bears, their injury list is much shorter, but actually lists one starter, LT Chris Williams, who is out Monday. The Bears offensive line played just fine without him last week against the Cowboys.

I’m really disappointed that Neal will be out again. He needs to get back asap. We really, really need his depth and pass rush that I think he’ll provide. Raji has been great so far but he’s been playing A LOT of reps. It’d be great to give him a break every once and a while.

Pickett is Questionable?

If he doesn’t play, I’ll be a little worried. I hope Neal is ready by next week, because we truly do need him.

I'd rather see an iffy rookie playing

than an iffy veteran. At least one could get better.

I'd start Zombo just based on the fact that his name is Zombo.

Is there any better name for a LB?

Then you consider what he did during the preseason.

Go for it!

Frank Zombo!!!!!

It’s time to get Zombo in there. Poppinga can sub in on occasion, but Zombo will be another pass rusher. Not that we need it or anything, but it’s an added asset.
