Quarterbacks are measured by their performances in the playoffs. Legendary QBs like Montana and Elway have done great things in the post season and that is why they are two of the games best. I believe Aaron Rodgers is capable of one day becoming an all time great, that's why this season I am very excited to see how Aaron Rodgers does this time around in the playoffs. Last year Rodgers had a great game against the Cardinals but in a losing effort, but hey putting up 45 points in a game is nothing to feel bad about. This year Aaron started the playoffs with the biggest game of the weekend against the Eagles and the electrifying Michael Vick. All he did was what great quarterbacks do, win when it counts. Everyone knows this, plus I posted about it already, Peyton Manning and Tom Brady are the two best quarterbacks in the league. Period. But what is a discussion is who is the third best quarterback in the league. Drew Brees certainly looked the part last year but having 22 ints this year really isn't a good thing to do while trying to make your case. So I have sent out my invitation to Rodgers to be the third best quarterback in the NFL. What an honor, I know. With a strong playoff push, which this Packer team can pull off, Rodgers can start making his mark on the NFL and prove what a lot of people are starting to expect, phenomenal things. He is capable of entering the Brady/Manning level of greatness. This Brett Favre back up is now in perfect position to make Green Bay completely forget about the old gunslinger and think about the new young stud. Hey Aaron, you proved your great character when Brett Favre said he was retiring and then came back so now it is time to prove your an elite quarterback against Matt Ryan and the NFC leading Falcons, go get 'em tiger.
