I hope Woodson's advice is something along the lines of

“You know that whole ‘running after the catch’ thing you do? Take it from me, I’ve seen a lot of guys get injured that way. It’s probably better for your career if you just fall down immediately after you catch the ball.”

I think its more beneficial to US than it is to Harvin. If Woodson knows his moves, he can help our guys stop him.

just take the Ray Lewis train of thought. When Ray convinced AP to put on muscle and be more powerful… which actually would have just slowed him down and took a tole on his knees. Took AP a little while to catch on to that, too bad he didn’t follow through with it.

Harvin already put on like 10lbs of muscle last offseason, so that wouldn’t be too hard to do I bet
