Fantasy Football Week 10: Looking For A Big Game Against The Vikings
According to Football Outsiders, the Vikings aren't very good at covering No. 1 or No. 2 wide receivers. So we should be expecting big fantasy stats from Greg Jennings and Jordy Nelson (and Aaron Rodgers, of course). During their earlier game in Minnesota, James Jones was targeted four times (as many times as Nelson was) so he might be just as much of a factor. With the return of Vikings CB Antoine WInfield, maybe Rodgers won't target Jennings quite as much and spread the ball around to his top three wide receivers.
While Jermichael Finley caught a touchdown against the Vikings back in October, he was only targeted on two pass attempts (both receptions). James Starks had 99 yards from scrimmage, but he's only scored one touchdown this season.
Here's a list of projected Week 10 stats from Yahoo! if you were filling out your entire lineup with only members of the Packers.
| Player | Yahoo Projection |
|---|---|
| Rodgers | 26.68 |
| Jennings | 12.82 |
| Nelson | 8.15 |
| Jones | 6.37 |
| Starks | 7.57 |
| Grant | 5.62 |
| Finley | 9.35 |
| Crosby | 9.78 |
| Defense | 10.45 |
| Total | 96.79 |

here's hoping
Jennings can make up for Vincent Jackson’s awful game for me.

I hope so.
Go Suns, Packers, Jays, and Huskers!

So do I.
Santana Moss’ injury is forcing Jones into my lineup, as my 3rd WR/2nd RB flex player (after McFadden’s injury had forced Starks into my lineup.
I am playing against a Vikings fan this week, ironically enough,
and more than half of our game is being played out tomorrow night, haha.
I am playing Rodgers, Starks, Jennings, Jones, Finley, Crosby, and, on a hunch, the Packers kick return team.
He is using Christian Ponder, Percy Harvin, Jarred Allen, Chad Greenway, Husain Abdullah, the Vikings’ kick return team and
:( Charles Woodson.

As I said, it was a hunch.
My best KR team is the 49ers, who had been averaging 3.5 per game, which is respectable in my league.
The Packers went into the weekend averaging 1.9 per game, but, a gut feeling just told me that if there was a team that Cobb could do something against, it was the Vikings.
And, early Monday morning, I changed my Cheesestradamus prediction to reflect that hunch, changing from
A Packer defensive player will have at least two turnovers.to
The Packers will return a KO or a punt for a TD.:)
