Pre-Game Injury Report: Green Bay Packers at Lions
First off, there are a couple members of the Green Bay Packers not on the injury report for the first time in a long while. S Morgan Burnett apparently has his cast off because he's not listed. He hasn't recorded an interception or a sack in the five games that he's played with it on his right hand. DE Mike Neal played last week for the first time this season, but now he's not listed at all. Watch for both of them on Thursday.
As for the actual list, LT Chad Clifton will miss his sixth consecutive game, and RB James Starks is questionable after suffering a nasty looking injury last week to his knee and ankle. Based on what I saw last Sunday, I wouldn't expect him to play. But he practiced this week and he'll be a game time decision. Everyone else should play.
For the Lions, they're missing RB Jahvid Best again but Kevin Smith was NFC offensive player of the week in his absence. They'll also be without their punter and backup DE Lawrence Jackson. Seven Lions were limited in practice on Wednesday, including WR Calvin Johnson (who missed practice on Tuesday). And that doesn't include Matthew Stafford, who's thrown 6 INTs in his last two games while playing with a protective glove on his broken right finger. It's not a critical list of injuries, but they're not coming into this game at 100% either.

I'm excited for this game
there hasn’t been a real challenge for them in a while, we’ll see if the Lions can be it

i'd say the buccaneers were a bit of a challenge.

Our Secret Weapon shall be released...

My wife is gorgeous, but when she wears her pink Rodgers Jersey, she makes you fall to your knees...
If you're gonna call Stafford a fricking shark, then this is what the result will be when Mike Neal is finished with him...

God I hope so
Is Neal the missing piece who will help generate consistent pressure on the QB? If he is, I expect our defense to perform much better! Go get ’em Mike!

They just announced on NFLN that Starks will play
Great news!

Hopefully he really is healthy...
And they’re not rushing him back.
With my last breath, I curse Zoidberg!

I don't think the Packers are an organization that rushes players back
If it wasn’t safe for Starks to play, they wouldn’t let him play. Even if he’s still feeling sore, I’m confident that the Packers’ medical staff has determined that playing won’t exacerbate any injuries.
