Packers 31, Chargers 24

Chargers-Packers inactives - JSOnline. No big surprises for the Packers, the usual suspects of rookies and undrafted backups like House, Francois, Dominguez, Lattimore, and So'oto, along with Clifton and Neal (as usual). Five starters out for the Chargers, which isn't going to help them pull off the upset.

Sadly no

But I have feigned illness to avoid having to go out so I can watch it at home in peace. :-)

Cracked

Packers? Working on a dynasty.
Blackhawks? Taking care of business as usual.

Brewers, Badgers? THIS IS WHY YOU CAN'T HAVE NICE THINGS.

Well, can't argue with those results.

Hope someone doesn’t catch it on the fly if we try it again, though.

I already told you! I deal with the god damn receivers so the linebackers don’t have to! I have coverage skills; I’m good at covering people! Can’t you understand that? What the hell is wrong with you people?!

by msc32887 on Nov 6, 2011 3:16 PM CST reply actions

typical slow start by the defense

I am too drunk to taste this chicken.

Wow Na'il Diggs plays for them?

Who knew that he was still kicking around the league

by vitaminx on Nov 6, 2011 3:18 PM CST reply actions

We need to have good play in the middle of the line on defense today.

Some big backs in there.

This seems so familiar.

Team gets good first drive on us. Then we start to settle down. By the second half our defense generally figures shit out.

I already told you! I deal with the god damn receivers so the linebackers don’t have to! I have coverage skills; I’m good at covering people! Can’t you understand that? What the hell is wrong with you people?!

Usually

We SD don’t score on first drive. This season we hardly get first down on them

funny thing happened this week.

i enched rivers on my ff team becuase i can’t ever root for a QB against the packers. so I played fitzgerald. he got me 10 points. . . rivers already has 6.

Wouldja look at that.

The Packers are awesome.

Blackhawks? Taking care of business as usual.

I think this is one of those

Where since it was initially called a catch, it’ll hold up. But if it was initially called incomplete, it would be held up as incomplete.

I want to thank MM for Deferring to the 2nd half...

Disagree

But the official did the right thing with the review. If you want that one overturned, I’ll take back that penalty on Woodson that kept SD’s TD drive alive.

Replay of 2007 superbowl

two first place teams…gotta give it to NE NY…

Plus it’s 2 Northeast big market teams…

Love the Pack, but it’s a no-brainer

by PackFaninFL on Nov 6, 2011 4:53 PM CST up reply actions

when we are losing...

the officiating is bad…

When we are winning, we think it’s good…

and since we’re 7-0….

by PackFaninFL on Nov 6, 2011 4:50 PM CST up reply actions

I personally, don't think the officiating is bad very often.

The one game I can think of is the Atlanta game. Triplett has always been my least favorite ref, though.

Then before that the only other game that comes to mind is the 18 penalty game against CHI.

Rodgers is sitting in the pocket and holding onto the ball like it's 2009

this has been a frustrating half to watch, and yet they’re still up by 11…

would like to see Starks get some more carries in the second half

You guys are playing well...

Gettings lots of pressure on Rodgers…more than I’ve seen all year, I think…

And your secondary is holding up against our studs pretty well.

this has to be Rodgers lowest passing years at half all year, 97 yards

by PackFaninFL on Nov 6, 2011 4:51 PM CST up reply actions

Doesn't help that the Chargers got 3 straight possessions without Rodgers seeing the field!

Right

yards per attempt would probably bump it up…only 14 pass attempts

so stats reflect what you point out

Its wet

And he hasn’t seen the field much. If this is a ‘bad’ game for Rodgers, I’ll take it!

exactly, he's still great, and easily the best QB on this field today

but he’s holding onto the ball too long while standing still in the pocket and it’s costed us three sacks… Like I said, he looks more like 2009 Rodgers today than 2011 Rodgers
