Its all on the O. Force them to 1 TD and the rest are FGs?
Besides the injuries, this could be a blessing for us.
No more pressure for the undefeated season. The offensive weaknesses have been exposed and will give MM moitvation to push the guys in practice. If the 49er’s lose tomorrow than we still have homefield locked up and can rest some guys. Better to have our bad day now than in the playoffs.

Really Mike?
Incredibly uninspired play calling. You do not need 20+ yards every pass play. Run some short routes.
To everyone throwing in the towel:
This could be a blessing in disguise. I’d rather have a bad day now than in the playoffs. It’s just one bad day. Or maybe you have forgotten what got the Packers to 13-0 and why they’re going to lock up the #1 seed in the NFC.
If you still want to bitch, go away until you cool off. Seriously.

And how many points did they score?
19. If we hold them to 19 points, we should win every time.
they let Kansas City possess the ball for over 40 minutes
they didn’t do their job. It’s a failure on both sides of the ball
football does not build character, it reveals character.
that was a rough estimate, but the point stands
they let the Chiefs have repeated long, sustained drives, which kept the offense off the field and prevented them from getting into a rhythm
football does not build character, it reveals character.
also, the O-line got dominated, and the receivers dropped several balls
also, Rodgers was off target much of the day.
it was a complete team loss, everybody had their share in the responsibility (except Masthay, he was sick).
football does not build character, it reveals character.
Not really
At least not how i see it. Sure, the D should have made more stops, and more than the two punts, but the O could have helped. We kept them out of the red-zone except on their last scoring drive. Fact is they gave up 19 points, and thats it. They had stops in the red-zone 3 times. If the offense kept some drives going, and got more than 6 plays per series, the defense could have gotten a breather. I bet they were exhausted being on the field so long.
When we hold a team to 19 points, we should win every time.

Well
If this proved anything, every team is going to bring their best against us. Just because they are the Chiefs, doesn’t mean they will lay down and die.
That's the second time a team quarterbacked by Kyle Orton
handed a heavily favored Packer team its head. Orton did the same thing with the Bears in 2007 when Favre quit because it was cold.
Look at the way the Chiefs are celebrating

We’re home for the rest of the year … and that’s what matters in the end.
Pack comes back and beats the Bears on Christmas Eve and delivers us a beautiful present.

I hope the OLine issues will be fixed by then
By the way, do the Hakws play today? I’d like to see another 2 peat this year with two of my favorite teams. 2010 was great.

A nice positive out of today.
The Kitties will (at least for another year) be remembered as the worst NFL team of all time.
Good times never seemed so good!
Rodgers was terrible
Worst game he has played. To often looked for the big play instead of taking what the defense gave us. His throws were way off today. Unlike the Chiefs. Defense played well considering they held them to FG’s most of the game. No sustained drives by the offense made for a long day on defense.
why do you think that was? did you see the pressure he was under?
football does not build character, it reveals character.
Pressure
He is under pressure every game…… He refused to take the check downs today and kept looking for the big play.
the difference is today the pressure was with 3 or 4 rushers, and the secondary was able to hold up
football does not build character, it reveals character.
Refused check downs?
Watch the game again, and let me know how many underneath routes you saw. Mike was calling alot of deep shots, and did not run enough. He gets way to pass happy, and likes it to pass it deep all the time.
Haley HAD to go.
If nothing else, for the incredibly stupid decision to go with Tyler Palko for so damn long. What a moron.
I think Kyle Orton is mad.

Flat performance
Coaches and players. They came after too little, too late. The defense got some nice stops but overall did not look good. Why Cobb wasn’t targeted more was beyond me.
At least we're not the Giants...
They lost 23-10 to the Potomac Basin Indigenous Persons with Eli throwing 3 INTs.

Wow. That could be devastating in the long run.

Can't spell Elite without Eli
Which I hear Elite is really pissed about…
December, 7 1941 may be a day that lives in infamy, but December 6, 2011 is a day that will live in AWESOMENESS!!! The day I became part owner of the Green Bay Packers!

Eli is probably the best QB in the NFL outside of the big 3/4 (4 if Peyton is healthy)
at least right up there next to Rivers and Roethlisberger. The problem is the Giants have protection and receiver issues, not unlike the Packers at the moment
football does not build character, it reveals character.
as said a few days ago
…that is why they play the games
Fans and media were overconfident
The Chiefs just played their Superbowl, and in the end this is a meaningless game for us. They have a great D, and our OL is beaten up.
After losing at Dallas,
And nearly losing at St. Louis the next two weeks.

Gotta give props to KC
They had a good game plan, played harder, executed when they had to.
While we took the game off and coasted on reputation.

Is come out on fire against the Bears next week. It will be great to see the defense and offense angry after this.

Free Nick Swisher!
Packers: Working on a dynasty.
Blackhawks: Taking care of business as usual.
Badgers:Back-to-back B1G Champions!
Brewers: Move along, nothin' to see here.
GB played hard. Guys didn't make plays
And KC had a number of guys coming up big
Just like Denver in 1998 ...
lost to an 5-8 team and then marched towards a Super Bowl win.
The Saints went 13-0 and lost to Dallas and won the Super Bowl.
The Packers will do the same. Practice won’t be fun, but everybody will benefit from it.

I dont mind them being able to run us to death
But all those play actions and huge gains are killers. We need to eliminate the big plays and force them to execute down the length of the field.
well next week they better come out on fire!
Everyone enjoy the holidays see ya next week!
This is a disappointing end to the undefeated season
but at least this wasn’t the Super Bowl. Small mercies, I know, but we’re still very much in contention for the SB.

Everyone relax
Rodgers didn’t play well, defense gave up some plays, but I find its more important to win the Superbowl than go undefeated…the season is not over folks. Just gotta move on and lock homefield advantage….injuries do take a toll too….

Does need to improve, my Lord….
I didn't get to see the game
So I don’t know if it was more a matter of the Packers playing sloppy or the Chiefs playing well. But regarding the actual loss, I can’t say I’m that upset about it. It’s hard to be upset when we’re sitting at 13-1, and frankly I think it’s better to avoid the added pressure of a perfect season.

It was a byproduct of
the Chiefs playing very well and the Packer offense playing atrociously.

That said we should be ok if we get ourselves healthy and don’t lose focus
