McNabb unclaimed and Suh suspension upheld
Interesting last hour in the NFL for players of teams in the NFC North.
Reports have surfaced that Donovan McNabb cleared waivers meaning no team was willing to take him and the remaining $1.5 million salary. The follow up question is if someone will sign him to a vets minimum to come in and back up their guy. Houston is a logical choice but having just signed Delhomme, they might not be interested.
Ndamukong Suh lost his appeal of his fine. Honestly I am shocked how quickly this was reviewed. The league must have wanted to send a sign to the rest of the league about this kind of action is not okay and will carry a firm penalty. I was glad that the review was quick and that they didn't allow it to linger for another week. Suh will miss the Saints game.
