Pre-Game Injury Report: Bears at Green Bay Packers
While injuries haven't been a major problem for the Green Bay Packers this season, they are starting to pile up. For the Bears, they've been dealing with injury problems of their own, but the loss of Jay Cutler (who is out again this week) has derailed their season. They've now lost their last four games without him.
It's been expected that Jennings would remain out until the playoffs, and Clifton would be out again too (though he did return to practice this week). Bulaga is out after suffering a knee injury against the Chiefs, and out too is backup Derek Sherrod, who isn't listed on the injury report because he's already been placed on injured reserve. Pickett is still unable to practice since suffering a concussion against the Raiders. With Neal questionable, and NT Howard Green practicing through a foot injury, they could be a little thin on the defensive line this Sunday.
Three other players are listed as probable, and they should play, including Bishop and Starks.
But those problems are nothing like what the Bears are dealing with. Their defense could be without LB Lance Briggs and DT Henry Melton, and they're already without starting S Chris Conte, who was placed on I.R. with a foot injury. However, their offense is in much worse shape.
The absence of Cutler has been glaring, and the loss of Matt Forte, who's still out with a knee injury, has taken their two best offensive players away. KR Devin Hester hasn't been able to practice all week, and their leading receiver (Johnny Knox) was placed on I.R. this week after a scary back injury. They'll probably be without RB Marion Barber too. The Packers defense has had some issues this season, but the Bears are bringing nothing on offense to this game.

OTOH
The Packers are an organization as well as a team. If you own stock, the inclusive we is very appropriate.

i see your point,
but meh, it’s easier to just say “we” and “our” than to work around it.

Could be wrong, but,
I think most of us don’t. :)

OTOH,
I knew a Vikings fan about five years ago, who said, “I” and “me.”
I thought that was a little odd. :)
Merry Christmas.
