Special message to Season Ticket holders from Mark Murphy
I got this in my E-mail this morning and figured that some of you on here would be interested in reading it. Essentially it is just a thank you for renewing your tickets, and a recap of what has gone on so far this off-season, including the labor dispute. Because they sent it as a picture and not as text, I don't think the link to the Owners' labor proposal will work, so for those who are interested in that and haven't seen enough of it yet, here is that link again: http://www.packers.com/news-and-events/article-1/Summary-of-NFL-proposal/d8e79c11-894d-42c2-a027-d63bdfa1b8b4
Sorry if this is a little small or blurry, just magnify your browser window or click it and it will load a better version.

I really think it'll get done and football will be played.
And a rec for you, Tepo.
You got the audacity to call me a liar. "So what you got in the trunk?".... "Aw, just a spare tire".

If this judge is worth anything.....
she’ll tell them both to shut the hell up in the media, lock them in a room, and make them work something out without a court ruling or missing games.

Shafter says
She might rule on today’s hearing in a week or 2. Then which ever side loses, the other immeditately appeals and its sits and is held up in court for up to 60 days, before an appeal is heard, (in St L, aparrently not in Doty’s court)… The best she could do for fans is rule in a way that nobody likes it and says that they should get back to bargaining before this goes any further. Shefter says, thats unlikely… It’s not looking good at all…

Hopeful, but
Its still up to the players to decide to negotiate instead of Litigate! And on that front I’m not very hopeful… DeMaurice is a litigation lawyer! Its what he was trained to do and what he is. Its unlikely D. Smith is going to change who he is… This is a chance for him to write his ticket if he can get the NFL in court and win! Does that sound like an ulterior motive? DAMN right it does… I’m not convinced D. Smith has the players best interests in mind!
