The Official List Of Green Bay Packers 2011 Free Agents

Nothing new to report, but I did see the official list of the Green Bay Packers unrestricted free agents was posted at NFL.com on Monday.

OL Jason Spitz, LG Daryn Colledge, CB Josh Bell, S Anthony Smith, FB Korey Hall, K Mason Crosby, LB Matt Wilhelm, WR James Jones, DE Cullen Jenkins, S Atari Bigby, FB John Kuhn, and RB Brandon Jackson.

I'd be surprised if they let Crosby leave because if he doesn't return, then they'll have to sign someone else very quickly. Smith seemed confident he'd be re-signed, and his return as a special teams ace does make some sense. Otherwise, I don't have a strong feeling they'll push hard to re-sign anyone else.

Despite tendering restricted free agent contracts to several players back in March, under the terms of the new CBA, the Packers don't have any actual restricted free agents. Everyone else is signed, or under the team's exclusive control.

I think Spitz will be resigned too. Kuhn seems logical too. JJames maybe, but I think with Cobb and Nelson we should be good on WR.

Really hope they get ride of Colledge and sign some FA for LG.

Will be sad to see Hall, Jenkins and Bigby leave, but its for the best.

Jenkins is worth re signing, our defensive line isn’t getting better with his departure and who else besides CM3 is going to rush the passer? Ricky Elmore?
