Chillar's hurt...AGAIN!
This is my first FanPost, feel free to rip me accordingly.
Per JSOnline:
A source familiar with the team said that linebacker Brandon Chillar suffered a serious hamstring injury that could put his season in jeopardy.
here's the link: http://www.jsonline.com/sports/packers/126380628.html
It goes on to state:
It remains to be seen how bad Chillar's injury is, but one of the sources said it was badly torn.
Are you serious? We should have tried to get Barnett to restructure his contract. This dude is an injury magnet.
As previously stated, feel free to rip me in the comments section

Does anyone have a link to one of those Fire McMoran fanposts?
I could really use a laugh in light of Chillar’s injury. Oh well, I guess this’ll have to do for now….

My favorite part is that he changed the play before that
to knock them out of field goal range so that he had to pass.

'I was the guy who took all the reps in the offseason, Brett was the one who took all the reps during the season.' - Aaron Rodgers
OOHHH
I also found this wonderful quote from… GUESS WHO???
Despite the fact that I seem to be perhaps the only Viking fan who feels this way, I have already gone on-record saying that I believe all of the whining about cheap shots and lucky breaks in the NFCCG to be crybaby BS that is way beneath us… we had 60 minutes on the field to do WHATEVER was necessary, and we failed. Anything else is nothing more than loser-mentality in my mind, and surely won’t carry our team to a championship.
I disagree with that statement……………….
We as Viking Fans are entitled to whine about the 2009 NFC Championship Game, because it was an………………………….OUTRAGE!
There is NO CRYBABY BS here! There is only REALITY when WE talk about that GAME and how the Greatest QB in NFL History, Bar None was illegally beat the HELL out of.
REVENGE is coming Sept 9th……………….and NO ONE can stop it this time, NOT even the officials.
19-0 is a verry, very, very, very, very, very, strong possibility for the 2010 Minnesota Vikings.
I will be there to witness most of it in person……..can’t wait!
'I was the guy who took all the reps in the offseason, Brett was the one who took all the reps during the season.' - Aaron Rodgers
The first paragraph might be....
the latter part is….. that one person who was so quickly forgotten.

If it was Jesus on a Viking website he would have make them a winner by now...

Chillar cut
I guess JS Online is reporting that Chillar is cut….
Well now we’ve gone from ILB being stocked beyond belief to pretty thin…..starting to get a bit worried.

Me too…I don’t like this AT ALL!!!!

Why put him on IR
if you know he misses the year before training camp?
The Brewers at Miller Park: "ALL WE DO IS WIN, WIN, WIN NO MATTER WHAT"
The Brewers on the road: "all we do is lose, lose lose, but sometimes not"
was this supposed to be in response to my comment?

Kinda
but also PA. Cutting him has nothing to do with our LB depth. He wasn’t playing either way.
The Brewers at Miller Park: "ALL WE DO IS WIN, WIN, WIN NO MATTER WHAT"

Oh I see what you are saying. Yeah I guess that is an angle I had thought of, though its not likely he was going on IR with a hammy injury so he would have been on the roster at some point I think. The Packers just saw this as an opportunity to get out of his contract, maybe they regretted that signing or something.

Not worried yet......
We have a solid string of LB, but as far as ILB goes the ranks are getting thin. I will start to worry once training camp starts and injuries start to pile up. It seems every year we rag on TT and MM and then it seems to all work out(for the most part). Am I saying that I am pleased with this decision making no but I won’t start screaming for their heads quite yet….
