Will there be room for Chastin West?
Chastin West is making things difficult for the Packers.
The second-year pro out of Fresno State has been dominant this preseason. He's been spectacular in practice, has earned high praise from Aaron Rodgers, and just put together an impressive 5 catch, 134 yard performance in last night's game against the Cardinals, which included this97 yard catch and run to pay dirt.
So what's the problem?

but it don’t fly here.
Got something to say?
Want me to read it?
Then, say it here.

Yeah, I think it would be more appropriate to post the entire story and then mention that you write for a site at the end.

Fair enough.
I did it like this before and not too many people had a problem with it, but I will heed your advice.

Thanks. I think you’d get a better review than you did here.

I liked your 2nd post on the draft picks much better
Doing it the way PAD advised also boost’s your reputation as a writer. Your reputation alone will generate more hits on your website.

Right, and that’s how it should be. If he’s a good writer, who writes about interesting topics then I’m sure people will be willing to go over to his site.

Well...
I got 171 hits from this url. Only 6 from the other ones I’ve posted here.
So…..I must not be a good writer.

Maybe
you need to revise the technique you use to draw people to your site.
The Green Bay Packers...Putting bad coaches out of their misery since 2010
i'm open for suggestions
fact is, i’m a writer not a marketing strategist. i used the post-half-a-story technique last year and it generated an absurd amount of hits. brandon told me then he didn’t have a problem with it, and even though i got a lot of flak for doing it this time, there were still a ton of people coming over through the link.

Hey man.
If the mods are cool with it and it truly does help your site, i say go for it. Do what is best for you.
I am not sure why everyone is trying to regulate you so much.

Its because...
its like… when you’re in grade school and you are hanging out with your friends on the playground and then the new kid comes over and says, “Hey dorks, I have this really cool secret about the popular kids” And your like, “oh sweet, what is it?” and they say, “I’ll tell you all cause its really interesting but you hafta come to the jungle gym where we are hanging out to hear it…”
So you go over there thinking you’re gonna get a nice little tidbit of information on the mean cliquey kids but instead the new kid ties you to the monkey bars and pulls your pants down and leaves you there at recess with a major highway right on the other side of the fence so the whole town can see your bare ass…. and for the rest of your time in school you’re known as “The Minnow” and….
err, what were we…. Oh right!
It kinda gets people angry cause it feels like you’re being baited and poached by another site against your will. You’ve been deceived into thinking you were going to get an article from a website you voluntarily go to, but you only got a teaser and then have to go somewhere you don’t necessarily want to by choice to get the rest. But like G&B said, it seems to work.

Sorry if I came across a little harshly. :)
But, I never have liked being directed to a site that I don’t know in order to finish reading a post.
And, besides, anything that’s good on/for B/R just can’t be good for Acme.
