Packers Re-Sign WR Tori Gurley
Gurley says he has re-signed with the Packers - JSOnline. Tori Gurley was signed as an undrafted free agent last summer. He stands out among the receivers for the Green Bay Packers because he's taller (6-4) than most. He spent last season on the practice squad and he was re-signed to a futures contract this week. Unfortunately such a contract doesn't come with much of a guarantee depending on what the Packers do in free agency (probably little) or during the draft.
He was very raw coming out of college, but he did show some promise during the preseason. While I floated the idea that he could become the next No. 5 wide receiver if Donald Driver leaves the Packers, the community was almost evenly split on the it.
I fully expect he'll stay on the roster until training camp, but he's going to have to show he's improved if he wants to remain with the team through 2012.

Shame on his parents.
As if his last name isn’t girly enough, they gave him a girl’s first name as well.

Back on track to Super Bowl XLVI!

well if they would keep 5 tight ends for a year
6 wide outs isnt out of the question at all at some point. Also had 3 fullbacks the year before, so no position has predetermined spots available
Good news
Glad to hear he’ll be around. We need to keep young talented guys like him around to keep the funnel of talent full!
