Cardinals vs. Packers: Jordy Nelson is active for Green Bay

Jeff Hanisch-US PRESSWIRE

Jordy Nelson returns for the Green Bay Packers after missing one game, while Jerel Worthy sits out.

Jordy Nelson, who was listed as a questionable and called a game-time decision after missing out on last week's game, is active and will start for the Green Bay Packers on Sunday against the Arizona Cardinals. Green Bay's offense looked a bit anemic without him in the lineup against Jacksonville, so his return should be a massive boost.

The only other player who was in question, Jerel Worthy, has been held out. He suffered a concussion last week and is improving, but there's no reason to risk him this week. All of the other inactive players for Sunday's game, including the newly re-activated Frank Zombo, were declared out earlier in the week.

Packers inactive list:

DB Charles Woodson
FB John Kuhn
LB Frank Zombo
WR Greg Jennings
DL Jerel Worthy
LB Nick Perry
CB Sam Shields

Cardinals inactive list:

QB Kevin Kolb
WR LaRon Byrd
CB Greg Toler
LB Jamaal Westerman
OG Senio Kelemente
OG Adam Snyder
TE Todd Heap

Heap was listed as questionable coming into the game. Kolb has a concussion and was never expected to play this week. The big story for the Cardinals is that starting safety Kerry Rhodes, who was listed as questionable, is active.
