The week of the Super Bowl is mostly an endless stream of press conferences. Usually with the players and coaches from each team, but there are also a bunch of sponsored awards to hand out. Drew Brees won FedEx Air Player of the Year, and LeSean McCoy won it for Ground Player of the Year. And an award for the best offensive line is announced by Larry the Cable Guy.

Super Bowl 2012: Julian Edelman Might Play Defense, But Bill Belichick Isn't Saying - SBNation.com. Here's probably the closest thing to actual news. Will he play on offense and defense? Will he cover the slot receiver? Pats Pulpit noted that Edelman was actually pretty good at covering receivers in the slot, but during the Super Bowl he'd be tasked with slowing down Victor Cruz.
