Source says that Pack likely to cut Clifton and restructure Driver.

Via the Press-Gazette was this rumor that the Green Bay Packers would release LT Chad Clifton and restructure the contract of WR Donald Driver. This is what I've been expecting to happen at some point over the next couple weeks.
They would need to make both moves in order to re-sign Scott Wells, those negotiations are still very active, and place the franchise tag on Matt Flynn. I had been pretty optimistic that they would re-sign Wells, until this week, when rumors began that the team was ready to move on. On the other hand, I've been expecting that they wouldn't use the franchise tag for a sign-and-trade with Flynn, but after they re-signed Jermichael Finley, it seems like that is more of an option.
In the end, I have no idea what will happen, and any one of those scenarios is possible.
