Hey everyone. Well, it's the end of day two of free agency and Ted Thompson is doing exactly what everyone thought he was going to do- sit on his hands and do nothing. Or so we think. After all, we're talking about a man who gets everyone to believe he's going to do one thing and then goes off and does something else. Bottom line, we don't know exactly how Thompson is going to play his cards this 2012 offseason. At the same time, there is one thing that we all can pretty much assume he is going to do- at some point in the late rounds or in the undrafted free agent market, we can all assume Thompson is going to grab a QB. With that said here are several guys I think he should take a look at. Feel free to add your own and explain why.
Nick Foles/Arizona- At 6'5", 243 pounds, I like his size and he has good tools. His decision making is a question mark. He threw 33 interceptions in just three seasons at Arizona. Can he learn to make better decisions?
Jarret Lee/LSU- Lee has prostyle skills and a big arm, problem is he never got a fair chance with the Tigers. For some reason the coaches loved Jordan Jefferson. This could be another Matt Cassel situation.
Jacory Harris/Miami- Harris has good frame(6'3") but he is only 203 pounds. He needs to bulk up a little. He has a good arm, problem is he tends to force the issue at times. He's also had some injury problems that shouldn't be ignored. Still, a good developmental project.
So what do the rest of you think and who do you like?
