To get the #2 pick, they gave up this year's 1st and 2nd round picks, next year's 1st, and 2014's 1st round pick.
The Redskins are in a difficult division, and winning next year even with RG3 isn't likely. I can only see a 6-10, 7-9 season, with maybe a 9-7 in 2014 -> at best.
I think the Rams made out the better in this trade.
