Holy cats, that is a large number. Ted Thompson was already the king of the trade down and finding bargain undrafted free agents, but he's got even more room to do both of these things with new roster rules. Most likely, the Packers are going to sign quite a few undrafted free agents and have a lot of competition in training camp for a small number of roster spots. The Packers have been meeting with a number of late round and potential UDFAs pre-draft, probably in anticipation of signing quite a few of them.
