According to reporter Adam Caplan, the Packers waived three players from injured reserve, giving them injury settlements. WR Shaky Smithson was cut first, followed by G Ray Dominguez and TE DeMarco Cosby. But keep in mind that since these players were placed on IR before the cut-down to 75, that doesn't help the team get any closer to 53 today.
