Packers Cut Center Sampson Genus
#Packers have cut C Sampson Genus, according to an NFL source. Had a solid camp and should get some play around the NFL.

According to one of Tom Silverstein's sources, the Packers have released center/guard Sampson Genus. This comes on the heels of the announcement that Anthony Levine has been released as well. Genus is a practice squad candidate, but showed enough promise that he may get picked up by a team looking for depth on the interior of the offensive line.
