The off-season is upon us, with a number of NFL veterans being cut from their teams due to salary cap concerns. We'll update frequently with new reports, and feel free to use this as a discussion thread.

With the Super Bowl behind us, teams have begun to clear salary cap space for the 2013 season by cutting veteran players whose contracts would make them a liability moving forward. Over the past several days, many veterans have been cut, and we'll keep you up to date with any new players. Here are all the key veterans who have been released to this point:

Monday, February 4

Detroit Lions - waived WR Titus Young (claimed by St. Louis Rams)

Tuesday, February 5

Detroit Lions - released G Stephen Peterman and DE Kyle Vanden Bosch

Cleveland Browns - released DL Frostee Rucker

New York Giants - released LB Michael Boley

Wednesday, February 6

New York Giants - released RB Ahmad Bradshaw, DL Chris Canty

Philadelphia Eagles - released OT Demetress Bell

Monday, February 11

Buffalo Bills - released LB Nick Barnett (details at Buffalo Rumblings), S George Wilson (details)

Tuesday, February 12

Chicago Bears - released WR Johnny Knox (details at Windy City Gridiron)
